​   As an Osteopathic Manual practitioner I use a firm, hands-on, mechanical approach to assess dysfunction in the body. I search for joint restriction, muscle imbalances and areas of the body that are experiencing limited blood flow and drainage. 

 

   Restoring these limitations allows the body its best chance to recover and repair and allows you to lead a more active and healthy lifestyle.

 

   When I'm not at work I can be found walking dogs with my two young daughters in the woods or rock climbing indoors and out with family and friends. You may also find me playing chess and other strategy games or attempting to have unbiased thoughtful discussion with friends about the challenges of our times.

 

   I am a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA), which means I am not only a part of a professional association that maintains the highest qualifications and standards, but I am part of Ontario’s largest directory of fully insured Osteopathic practitioners
